On January 31, Tertúlias do Montado will host a lunch gathering between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at the Charneca Landscape Observatory.
This moment of sharing will feature the participation of Professor Santiago Amaya Corchuelo from the University of Cádiz, who holds a PhD in Social Anthropology.
As part of the scientific exchange with the SILVA project, he will discuss the dehesa agri-food system in Spain. Given the similarities with the Portuguese Montado, this presentation will be an opportunity to reflect on the potential of the Montado in the agri-food system.
Confirmation of attendance and payment must be made by January 28.
