As part of the “Tiragem de Cortiça” project as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage, a Workshop on the Safeguard Plan was held last February 5th. The main objective of this project is to preserve and institute measures so that this very particular activity is not lost, and for this reason it is one of the activities integrated in the financing of the PROVERE Coordination and Management Structure.
With this application process, it is intended to safeguard and make known, the art of drawing cork, the drawer and all the surroundings related to the activity of “Drawing Cork”.
